A passion for real estate, sports, helping others, and most of all, being a dad to his three kids, are just a few of the things that define Danny James.

As a born and raised Calgarian with over 18 years of industry experience, I've achieved some incredible milestones. Selling over 1850 homes so far in my career is a remarkable achievement, but those are just numbers to me. I am more appreciative of of the 1800 relationships I've made along the way!

Ask me what I do for a living and I will tell you I'm a marketer, not a real estate agent. The days of being keyholders for perspective buyers is a thing of the past. In today's high paced real estate market I'm always looking for the next best thing to get our clients homes top of mind. With the use of video, social media and the latest technology I'm constantly trying to improve our groups marketing strategies so that our sellers can achieve the most exposure possible. All while making sure that my clients needs and wants are my number one priority. I consider my style a very boutique experience, where I am always in constant communication throughout the process to ensure my clients a stress-free experience. I understand the human side of a purchase or sale, the stress and joy it can provide. I take this responsibility very seriously, while always making sure to have fun along the way:)

Whether working with buyers or sellers, Chad is dedicated to making sure every client experience is a lasting one, and his goal is to make every client a client for life. In addition to his successful career, Chad is also a loving husband and father of two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, barbequing, and spending time with his family. He is a sports enthusiast, and loves spending time outdoors during the summer.
